If you’ve already started verifying your identity but didn’t complete it, you’re just a few steps away from finishing your account setup and making your first crypto investment. You can verify your identity by following the steps below.

Go to your Verification portal and complete the steps shown to you. Here's how you get there:
Sign in to your Luno account
On the Home screen, select your initials in the top left-corner to navigate to your profile
Navigate to Settings
Select Verification
Follow the prompts to complete your verification
You'll be asked to confirm some information about yourself, and you'll verify it's really you opening this account by providing identity documents or a live selfie.
In most cases, your identity will be automatically checked and verified in a few minutes, but it could take a day or two if we need a human to manually review things.
