How do I contact Luno?

Visit Luno’s Contact us page if you need to get in touch with our friendly support team. Follow these steps to let us know how we can help you:

How to start a chat

  1. Sign in to Luno (only signed-in customers can access Luno’s chatbot Toshi)

  2. Go to the Help Centre and select the floating chat button in the bottom right corner

  3. If you want to speak to a human, you can connect to the support team via Toshi

How to email Luno

  1. On the Contact us screen, select Send us a message

  2. Choose the option which best describes your issue

  3. You’ll arrive at an article that gives you more information about the issue

  4. If you still need help after reading through it, select FIND MORE HELP or CONTACT US at the bottom of the article

Can I get in-person support by visiting Luno's offices?

Unfortunately, not. Luno is a fully digital service and only offers support to customers via digital channels. While we have offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, London, Lagos and Sydney, we are not able to provide assistance with queries from these offices.

How to report suspicious activity to Luno

Use the Report suspicious activity option if you need to alert us to a scam or a phishing attempt, or if someone else has managed to gain access to your Luno account.
