How to start a chat

Sign in to Luno (only signed-in customers can access Luno’s chatbot Toshi)

Go to the Help Centre and select the floating chat button in the bottom right corner

If you want to speak to a human, you can connect to the support team via Toshi

Can I get in-person support by visiting Luno's offices?
Unfortunately, not. Luno is a fully digital service and only offers support to customers via digital channels. While we have offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, London, Lagos and Sydney, we are not able to provide assistance with queries from these offices.
How to report suspicious activity to Luno
Use the Report suspicious activity option if you need to alert us to a scam or a phishing attempt, or if someone else has managed to gain access to your Luno account.
