As part of our commitment to making it easier for our Indonesian customers to buy cryptocurrency, you can make a deposit using bank transfer. Once you’ve successfully made a deposit, your funds will reflect in your IDR wallet almost instantly.
Here’s how
Sign in to the Luno app
- Select Portfolio
- Select Deposit in your IDR wallet
- Choose Bank Transfer
Enter the amount you’d like to deposit and select NEXT
On the Deposit via Bank Transfer screen, you’ll see Luno’s ACCOUNT NUMBER, as well as other details needed to transfer funds using m-banking or ATM
Note
The Account Number is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once. If it has been used or has expired, a new Account Number must be generated before making another deposit.
On your m-banking or ATM
- Select the Transfer menu on the ATM or M-Banking (do not choose Virtual Account)
- Enter bank code 503 (Nobu Bank) and the account number
- Enter the transfer amount
- Select Realtime Online service or BI-FAST if you're making the transfer from a bank other than Nobu Bank
- Confirm the transfer
Success! You’ll be ready to buy crypto once your deposit reflects in your IDR Luno wallet.
Warning
The amount you deposit must be exactly the same as the amount you enter in the Luno app. If you deposit a different amount, the bank will process your transfer but it won’t be credited to your Luno wallet. Instead, it will be refunded back to your bank account within 7 business days.

Yes. You can use Realtime Online or BI-FAST transfer services.
Is there a deposit fee?
No. There are zero fees when depositing funds to your IDR wallet.
Are there any additional fees for depositing from other banks?
Yes. A standard interbank transfer fee may apply for transferring from non-Nobu Bank.
Are there limits to the amount I can deposit?
Yes, the minimum deposit amount is IDR 10,000 and the maximum deposit amount is up to IDR 250,000,000 per deposit. Daily limits may be imposed by your bank.
