As a result, we have paused Ugandan Shilling deposits and withdrawals.
This does not impact your ability to store cryptocurrency securely in your Luno wallet, send and receive cryptocurrency, or trade crypto-crypto pairs through either your wallet or the Luno Exchange.

Continue to hold your cryptocurrency securely in your Luno Wallet as before. We are working hard to provide an alternative deposit and withdrawal solution that meets our exacting standards for safety and simplicity, so we are hopeful that this situation is only temporary.

You can convert your cryptocurrency to USD Coin and continue to store it in your Luno Wallet. USD Coin is a stablecoin.

Send your crypto to another of your crypto wallets. Please do not send your cryptocurrency to anyone you do not know and trust. We recommend only sending crypto to wallets that you personally have the keys to.
