- The Program is limited to Luno’s customers and new customers registered in Luno Indonesia. New customers can create a Luno account through the Luno app for Android, iOS, or through the website.
- Customers are required to make monthly transactions (buy and/or sell) of a minimum of IDR 100,000,000 via the Wallet feature to be eligible for the Luno Priority program.
- All cryptocurrencies available in the Wallet feature are included in the calculation for this program, including the bundles and multibuy features.
- Calculated transactions are transactions recorded starting from the 1st date at 00.00 WIB (GMT+7) of the month until the last date of that month at 23.59 WIB (GMT+7).
- Transactions made on the Exchange will not be calculated in this program.
- Information regarding your transaction volume can be accessed through the Priority dashboard.
- Cashback for Luno Priority will be given in Luno BTC Vouchers or MAP Vouchers that will be sent to your Luno account emails.
- Cashback or reward you receive will be sent on the first week of the next month.
- Luno reserves the right to cancel or suspend the reward the Participant may receive if there is any indication of fraud or market manipulation.
