If you see a message saying that no passkey exists for your Luno account, it means the passkey you’re attempting to sign in with was removed from your Luno account.
You’ll need to sign in using your email and password and add a new passkey.
Tip
To avoid being prompted to sign in using the passkey you’ve already removed, you must manually remove the stored passkey from your device.

Why doesn’t Luno remove “old” passkeys?
Passkeys use encrypted credentials stored on your device (smartphone, laptop, PC, etc.) and in your cloud account (iCloud Keychain, Google account, etc.). These credentials are not shared with Luno. When you sign in to Luno using a passkey, the passkey on your device/cloud account creates a unique signature that confirms to the Luno app that you have the required credentials needed to sign in.
When a passkey is removed from your Luno account, it will no longer be able to create this unique signature, and you won’t be able to sign in using that passkey.
As Luno doesn’t have access to the credentials stored on your device or cloud account, and cannot manage them on your behalf, it’s recommended that you also delete the passkey credentials from the cloud account/device you created the passkey on.
