How to withdraw using an M-PESA withdrawal voucher
- Sign in to the Luno app
- From the menu, navigate to Portfolio
- Open your KES wallet
- Select Withdraw
- Choose which number you want to withdraw to
- Enter the amount that you’d like to withdraw and then select NEXT
- Confirm the amount and withdrawal fee, then select COMPLETE WITHDRAWAL
Your voucher amount will be credited to your M-PESA account and should reflect in 24 hours.

The funds you withdraw from Luno should be reflected in your M-PESA account within 24 hours.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
Yes, you will be charged a flat rate fee of KES 50. If you have enough funds left over in your wallet, the fee will be deducted from there, or else it will be taken from the amount you’re withdrawing.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
The standard M-PESA minimum withdrawal amount is KES 500.
Are there any limits?
Standard M-PESA limits will be applied as follows:
- Transaction limit of KES 250k
- Daily limit of KES 500k
