On the form, we'll ask if you'd like to temporarily lock your account. This means that neither you nor anyone else will be able to make crypto sends and local currency withdrawals for 7 days. We recommend that you do this to make sure your crypto is safe while we're investigating.

Once we receive your report, our support team will investigate and help secure your account.
Note
Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it becomes permanent and irreversible. This means that recovering funds sent to external wallet addresses outside of Luno is typically not possible.
