I want to report phishing

Did you receive a suspicious email, message, or call claiming to be from Luno? This is known as a phishing attack. 

Common examples include fake login pages asking for your credentials, urgent security alerts claiming your account is at risk, or promises of free crypto in exchange for personal details. Scammers may also impersonate Luno support or promote fraudulent investment opportunities requiring upfront payments. Stay vigilant and report anything suspicious to keep your account secure.

Here's what to do:

1. Report the suspicious communications to us immediately, using the button below.

2. You'll be redirected to a form to provide us with more details.

3. On the form, you'll be asked if you'd like to temporarily lock your account. We recommend you lock your account if you replied, clicked any links, or accidentally gave your details to someone. This will disable all crypto sends and local currency withdrawals for the next 7 days.

4. Once we receive your report, our support team will investigate and do what we can to shut down the phishing source.
