The MakerDAO project is rebranding as Sky. As part of this rebrand, the MKR token is being upgraded to SKY.
MKR tokens will be migrated automatically to SKY tokens. After 25 August, you’ll no longer be able to trade MKR on Luno. We will list Sky (SKY) by 28 August.
What happens to my MKR?
If you have MKR in your Luno wallet after 25 August, we’ll automatically convert your crypto for you at a rate of 1 MKR to 24,000 SKY.
The SKY redemption rate and contract to redeem SKY are both independently provided and maintained by Sky.
What do I need to do?
You do not need to take any action. If you’re holding MKR at the time of this delisting, the corresponding amount of SKY will be deposited directly into your new Luno SKY wallet at no cost.
Do not send or receive MKR / SKY tokens during the migration period to avoid asset loss
