Luno supports Business accounts in multiple regions around the world, but there are certain countries where we’re unable to offer our services due to various limitations.
Here is an overview of where Luno is available, as well as the countries where it is prohibited.

Supported countries
What this means
- If your business is registered in a supported country, you can apply for a Luno Business account and use it to buy, sell, send, receive, and securely store cryptocurrency. Luno Business clients benefit from additional features and support tailored to their needs, such as higher default limits, access to dedicated relationship managers, and the possibility of customised fee arrangements, and more.
- You can fund your account by depositing local currency from your business’ bank account and withdraw funds back to a bank account held in your legal entity’s name.
Prohibited countries
These are the countries and territories where Luno services are not available.

What this means
You can’t sign up for a Luno Business account if you’re in a prohibited country or region.
For what reasons is a country deemed “prohibited”?
To comply with local regulations and international sanctions, we are not able to offer Luno Business accounts for businesses registered in your region. A Luno Business account may not be available in certain countries or regions for several reasons:
- Is listed on one or more economic sanctions lists,
- has regulatory, central bank or government restrictions on cryptocurrency, or or
- falls outside Luno’s acceptable risk profile for processing transactions in, to, or from that location.
