What happens during a delisting?
When an asset is scheduled for removal in your region, the process follows four standard phases:
- Deposit cutoff: We’ll no longer support incoming blockchain deposits (receives) for the asset Deposits sent after this time cannot be credited automatically and may be unrecoverable.
- Trading halt: Spot exchange order books and trading pairs close. We’ll automatically cancel any active or open orders for the asset.
- Grace window: You’ll have a dedicated timeframe to sell the asset yourself if you prefer not to wait for it to be sold automatically when support ends. Alternatively, you can send it off-platform, if sends are available for the asset.
- Final sunset & auto-conversion: Don't worry, your funds are safe! Once asset support ends, any remaining balance is automatically converted to your local currency (such as IDR, MYR, NGN, or ZAR) at the current market rate.
