When you do certain sensitive things, like sending cryptocurrency or making changes to your settings, you'll need to confirm those actions.
You'll be asked to enter your Luno 4-digit PIN, and we'll send you an email or push notification with a link that you'll need to use to authorise the action.
I’m having trouble receiving my PIN
If you're having trouble receiving the push or email security notifications that we’ve sent to them, you can:
- Make sure your push notifications have been enabled on your trusted device
- Check your email spam folder
- Choose to resend the email or push notification
Tip
For a much better experience, be sure to trust your mobile device, which will allow you to authorise actions through push notifications in the app instead of emails.
