Banks can take up to 2 business days to process deposits (longer over weekends, public holidays and when you make a deposit after hours), so that’s how long it’ll take for your money to show up in your local currency wallet.
Once we receive your deposit, and you've used your correct unique reference number - we’ll automatically add it to your wallet, and notify you via email.
If it's been 2 business days, but you've used a different reference number, no reference number or you've deposited using the wrong reference, and your deposit isn't showing - select FIND MY DEPOSIT below, and help us find your deposit!
Note
When making a deposit, always make sure that:
- You’ve deposited from a local bank account in your own name,
- you made the deposit from your online bank account (we don’t accept cash deposits),
- and that you’ve used your correct deposit reference (starting with BX or LN), which is displayed on the screen when you make the deposit.
When asking us to find your deposit, please send us a valid proof of payment document.
Your proof of payment must include:
- Account holder name
- Date of deposit
- The deposit amount
- And the reference used
The following won't be accepted as proof of payment:
- SMS/Text messages
- Bank statements
- Proof of payment notifications
