Additional warnings and special notes
Each of your wallets on Luno can hold and receive only one type of cryptocurrency. For example, your Ethereum (ETH) wallet is for receiving ETH only, and you shouldn't attempt to receive other Ethereum-based tokens to it, even if the address seems compatible. This can result in the loss of funds. Also double-check that the transfer network you're sending on is compatible with the receiving wallet.
Besides those general warnings, there are also some coin-specific notes to keep in mind when sending or receiving.
ATOM
Some exchanges may require a memo to receive ATOM successfully. Make sure to include it if applicable. You can learn more about ATOM memos here.
AVAX
Your AVAX wallet is only compatible with transfers on Avalanche’s C-Chain. Make sure to choose the correct chain when sending crypto to Luno, or funds could be lost.
USDT
Only send USDT/Tether to this address. Don't attempt to receive USDT into your Tron (TRX) wallet. To receive USDT on Tron, you must first create a Tron-compatible receive address in your USDT wallet. If you don't see the option to 'Choose a network' when sending or receiving USDT, it likely means you only have access to USDT on Ethereum at the moment.

XRP
Be sure to provide both your XRP address and your unique XRP tag when sending XRP to your Luno wallet. Don’t try to send XRP to Luno if you can’t specify a tag. Learn more about XRP tags here.
