Lampirkan surat persetujuan atau izin penukaran mata uang asing dari Bank Sentral Malaysia (BNM) di bawah ini.

Sebelum melaporkan bug, mohon coba beberapa langkah troubleshooting terlebih dahulu. Biasanya langkah-langkah berikut bisa menyelesaikan masalah:

1. Keluar dan login kembali
   • Keluar (sign out) dari akun Luno Anda. Anda bisa menemukannya pada bagian paling bawah di menu Profil. Setelah keluar, login kembali dan coba lagi
2. Perbarui aplikasi Luno
   • Pastikan Anda menggunakan versi terbaru aplikasi Luno. Penggunaan versi lama bisa berakibat pada gangguan di aplikasi
   • Jika Anda tidak tahu versi yang Anda gunakan, temukan pada bagian bawah menu Profil Anda
   • Jika Anda belum mengaktifkan pembaruan otomatis pada ponsel Anda, Anda akan menemukan pilihan 'Perbarui' ketika Anda mencari Luno di App Store atau Play Store
3. Coba gunakan browser web, bukan aplikasi
   • Coba login ke akun Luno Anda menggunakan browser web ponsel Anda, atau di komputer, bukan mellaui aplikasi
4. Jika Anda menggunakan VPN, coba matikan terlebih dahulu

Harap lampirkan tangkapan layar atau rekaman masalah atau kesalahan di bawah ini.

Mohon lampirkan semua yang bisa digunakan oleh tim kami untuk menyelidiki penipuan tersebut, seperti permintaan pembayaran, screenshot percakapan antara Anda dengan penipu, profil atau iklan palsu, pesan yang diblokir, dll.

Lampirkan dokumen-dokumen ini dalam format PDF di bawah ini:

1. Salinan resmi dari dokumen identitas almarhum
2. Salinan resmi dari akta kematian almarhum
3. Pemberian Surat Wasiat (jika ada wasiat) atau Surat Administrasi (jika tidak ada wasiat) yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Tinggi Malaysia, atau dalam hal wasiat yang kecil (hanya aset bergerak, total nilai wasiat ≤ RM600.000), Surat Penunjukan / Deklarasi Amanah Raya Berhad
4. Salinan resmi dari dokumen identitas Pelaksana Wasiat
5. Bukti alamat Pelaksana Wasiat
6. Bukti rekening bank wasiat almarhum
7. (Jika ada) Bukti keberadaan hukum perusahaan (jika Pelaksana Wasiat adalah perusahaan)

Lampirkan dokumen-dokumen ini dalam format PDF di bawah ini:

1. Salinan resmi dari dokumen identitas almarhum
2. Salinan resmi dari akta kematian almarhum
3. Surat Penetapan Pelaksana Wasiat/Kuasa (Dikeluarkan oleh Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi; dan menunjukkan nama almarhum dan Pelaksana Wasiat)
4. Salinan resmi dari dokumen identitas Pelaksana Wasiat
5. Bukti alamat Pelaksana Wasiat
6. Bukti rekening bank wasiat almarhum
7. (Jika ada) Bukti keberadaan hukum perusahaan (jika Pelaksana Wasiat adalah perusahaan)
8. Bukti hubungan keluarga dengan pelaksana wasiat, misalnya kartu keluarga (KK)

2. A certified copy of the deceased’s death certificate
3. Letters of Executorship/ Authority (Issued by Master of the High Court; shows the deceased and the Executor(s) name
4. A certified copy of the Executor’s ID document

6. Proof of the deceased’s Estate bank account
7. (Where applicable) Proof of legal existence of the company (if the Executor is a company)
