Untuk menukar kata laluan anda, kami memerlukan swafoto dengan ID, yang boleh anda lampirkan di bawah.

Untuk membantu kami mencari deposit anda, sila lampirkan bukti pembayaran yang sah untuk deposit anda di bawah.
Bukti pembayaran anda mesti termasuk:
- Nama pemegang akaun
- Tarikh deposit
- Jumlah deposit
- Dan rujukan yang digunakan
Perkara berikut tidak akan diterima sebagai bukti pembayaran:
- SMS / Mesej bertulis
- Penyata bank
- Pemberitahuan bukti pembayaran

Sebelum meneruskan, pastikan anda telah mengikut langkah dalam artikel bantuan kami.
Lampirkan surat kelulusan atau lesen pertukaran asing anda daripada Bank Pusat Malaysia (BNM) di bawah.
Lakukan langkah pemulihan berikut terlebih dahulu sebelum anda melaporkan isu pepijat. Langkah ini biasanya akan memulihkan masalah yang dihadapi:
- Log keluar dan log masuk semula
- Log keluar akaun Luno anda. Pergi ke Profil dan skrol ke bawah skrin. Selepas anda berjaya log keluar, log masuk semula dan cuba lagi
- Kemaskini aplikasi Luno
- Pastikan anda memasang versi terbaru aplikasi Luno. Versi aplikasi terdahulu boleh menyebabkan masalah ini
- Jika anda tidak pasti versi aplikasi yang digunakan, skrol ke bahagian bawah skrin Profil
- Jika anda tidak menetapkan fungsi kemaskini automatik, pilihan Kemaskini akan dipaparkan apabila anda membuat carian aplikasi Luno pada AppStore atau PlayStore
- Cuba gunakan pelayar laman web
- Cuba log masuk akaun Luno anda menggunakan pelayar laman web telefon pintar atau komputer, berbanding menerusi aplikasi
- uba tutup VPN jika anda menggunakannya
Sila lampirkan sebarang tangkapan skrin atau rakaman isu atau ralat di bawah.
Sila sertakan sebarang lampiran yang boleh digunakan oleh pasukan kami untuk menyiasat penipuan seperti permintaan pembayaran, tangkap layar perbualan antara anda dan penipu, profil atau iklan palsu, mesej yang disekat dan lain-lain.
Lampirkan dokumen ini dalam format PDF di bawah:
- Salinan nombor dokumen pengenalan yang telah disahkan
- Salinan sijil kematian si mati yang telah disahkan
- Geran Probet (jika terdapat wasiat) atau Surat Pentadbiran (jika tiada wasiat) yang dikeluarkan oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya, atau bagi kes hartanah kecil (aset-aset boleh digerakkan sahaja, dengan jumlah nilai hartanah ≤ RM600,000), Surat Pelantikan/Pengisytiharan dari Amanah Raya Berhad
- Salinan dokumen pengenalan Pelaksana yang telah disahkan
- Bukti alamat Pelaksana
- Bukti akaun bank Hartanah si mati
- (Jika terpakai) Bukti kewujudan sah syarikat (jika Pelaksana adalah syarikat)
Lampirkan dokumen-dokumen ini dalam format PDF di bawah ini:
- Salinan resmi dari dokumen identitas almarhum
- Salinan resmi dari akta kematian almarhum
- Surat Penetapan Pelaksana Wasiat/Kuasa (Dikeluarkan oleh Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi; dan menunjukkan nama almarhum dan Pelaksana Wasiat)
- Salinan resmi dari dokumen identitas Pelaksana Wasiat
- Bukti alamat Pelaksana Wasiat
- Bukti rekening bank wasiat almarhum
- (Jika ada) Bukti keberadaan hukum perusahaan (jika Pelaksana Wasiat adalah perusahaan)
- Bukti hubungan keluarga dengan pelaksana wasiat, misalnya kartu keluarga (KK)
Attach these documents in PDF format below:
- A certified copy of the deceased’s ID document
- A certified copy of the deceased’s death certificate
- Letters of Executorship/ Authority (Issued by Master of the High Court; shows the deceased and the Executor(s) name
- A certified copy of the Executor’s ID document
- Proof of address of the Executor
- Proof of the deceased’s Estate bank account
- (Where applicable) Proof of legal existence of the company (if the Executor is a company)
